Live Chat transcript
I had a live chat with agent Christopher today 28/01/2024 and at the end of our conversation I requested thr transcript be emailed to me. I input my email so this can be sent over and the chat was terminated. Unfortunately I never received the transcript and when I try to submit an online DSAR form the following error message appears. I have tried from two different devices and after many attempts to no avail. I kindle ask you assist me in getting the transcript from my live chat today. Thanks in advance!
