New virgin box useless
I've been a customer of virgin media,telewest,birmingham cable, since it's inception in the 80s. Forty years in all mainly due to having no normal tv aerial otherwise I wouldn't bother .last Saturday I had the new improved 360 box after a fully working tivo box was replaced due to having bbc I player removed.So far I've had nothing but trouble with it error messages with code numbers not known ie! ,CS 2002 ,CS 2000, now I'm getting failure messages with CS 2217 and CS2214. What is the point of issuing new flaws boxes that are not fit for purpose over boxes that actually work as intended. I'm seriously thinking of leaving for a company that cares about their customers and puts them over profits
