Speed halved after team messed with PEDCAP
Hi All, Last week a virgin team turned up at the end of our street, they were in the ducting and pulling out the PEDCAP’s under the street and in the green cabinet, which they failed to close properly. I will assume to fault find. I noticed when they left that the speed to my router had halved from nearly 1GB to around 480Mb. I have tried resetting the hub and it has made no difference, the in app guide just keeps telling me to rest the hub, but I really do not believe that to be the issue. Can anyone help please?
