E-Billing Can't switch
Hello, I have tried and tried to switch to e-billing but when following all the guides on this community site or the FAQs support page none of these help. The how to guide said; " How to switch to eBilling Sign in toYour Account SelectMy profile at the top of the page Go to the eBilling section and selectSwitch to eBilling Follow the instructions to complete your registration " But when you go to your account you don't have my profile option, you don't have eBilling option, and you don't have 'Switch to eBilling". Also a other guide said to go to your account setting > Marketing and contact preference > Contact preferences > click eBilling option, this too does not have an this option. This does have the comment under stating But this is what my account is set too already and I still keep getting the £1.75 charges. please help I want e-billing but it seems impossible for myself to do this switch. Despite carefully following all of the suggested routes to switch on E-Billing to stop paper bills, I am still unable to complete this seemingly simple request. Does anyone have a definitive solution to this problem as I don't want to be charged for paper bills yet again this month. 😡Thanks, Andy400Views0likes1Comment
