Account linked to another email address
I recently signed up for VM broadband. I got an email asking to sign up for my virgin media o2. I have made an account and then tried linking my virgin media account that I have set up to this. It says that it has found the account but it is linked to another email. But I am receiving emails regarding the broadband to that very email. Please can someone help?
