Unable to remove email from account
Hello, My personal email address is bound to my mothers Virgin Media account - when trying to remove this online and after recieving the verification link I get an error along the lines of "This link is no longer valid" though I have just recieved it. My problem is that I have just got Virgin Media at my own property but now I cannot access my account with my email address because its bound to the wrong account.. Can someone help me please=? I recently signed up for VM broadband. I got an email asking to sign up for my virgin media o2. I have made an account and then tried linking my virgin media account that I have set up to this. It says that it has found the account but it is linked to another email. But I am receiving emails regarding the broadband to that very email. Please can someone help?
