Virgin 360 Upgrade Problems
Hi, Since my upgrade to a 360 package I have been having problems with program recordings. When viewing they will pause midway through giving me the following error codes, either CS2214 or CS2200 I have tried rebooting both the modem and the Virgin box, checked all connections but all to no avail the problem still occurs. Both boxes upgraded to 360. Keep getting errors on trying to view recordings, with none displayed or displayed but errors trying to load and play. Also get errors where box says error connection to internet. Also get buffering message during view of programmes. All these are intermittent on both boxes. Reboot of the offending box does resolve the issue, but returns after the box goes to standby. Help calls propose rebooting which I have already done.880Views0likes2Comments
