Turn off 1571 voicemail
Is it possible to increase the number of rings before 1571 voicemail kicks in? or else switch it off completely. We have an (old fashioned now I suppose) handset based answerphone. I've set this to allow maximum rings before it activates as it can take my parents a while to get to the phone. Except now, the 1571 is kicking in before the answerphone does. We'd rather use the old answerphone as it has a big flashing LED to show theres a message on there. Again, better for my elderly parents as they never notice messages on the 1571 service.
