Red light on hub 3.0
Hi, Hub 3.0 either has a red light or a dark/burnt orange colour light. I have read this is an overheating LED issue. I have tried a pinhole reset, power cycling and checking the environment. It's not near any heat sources and is not covered or hot to touch, and I have used the Network Diagnostic Tool which states that the hub temperature is "Normal", in spite of the red light. This keeps happening and has happened for many months now. Is it possible for someone to arrange a replacement hub for me please? Thanks
