Thank you for your response. I have never been a virgin media customer, however I have had that email address for 20 years. How can it just be deleted like that with no option for me to save old emails that I need?? Losing that address unexpectedly and suddenly has cost me money as I cannot return some items as I need access to the order numbers on the email. I don’t believe it is morally right for virgin to delete my email address without giving me warning or opportunity to do anything. I have had my ntlworld account for 20 odd years. With no warning it has been deleted. I need to gain access, online chat does not help. It is not my primary email address so I don’t need to keep it forever, however I would like the opportunity to forward my emails to another email address and the warning to change places where I use it. I have ordered items prior to Christmas and need access to my emails to get an order number in order to return items. Please can someone help me gain access?
