Regards Keith Re: Contract Renewal - New Hub 5 Sent No real issue, I just didn't want to go through the process of having to reconnect all the devices back to the new wireless network if I connect the new Hub 5 if it didn't need to be done, and I could carry on using my current Hub 5 and return the new one back to Virgin. Contract Renewal - New Hub 5 Sent Hi I renewed my contract recently and I've been sent a new Hub 5. As I already have a Hub 5 from my last contract is it necessary to swap to the new one as looking at the info on the router they look like there the same? I can understand swapping it if something has changed internally in the hub but changing it for no reason will mean a whole lot of working changing all the devices connected to it for no reason.
