Just phoned VM to cancel my tv package. Currently paying £180 pm for tv package including sportsTNT and HD (no films). I want to keep broadband and landline. Initially told same broadband and landline WITHOUT tv package would cost me £190pm!!!! However after speaking to a different helpful agent got a much more reasonable landline and broadband package. Spent a couple of grand on an Lgg4 tv. When connected to my 360 box the audio and video cut out momentarily. Not at the same time. I am using a Sonos beam and two Sonos ones for my audio. Tried various tv and 360 box settings. Didn’t have an issue with my old tv. So annoying I spent all that money on a tv which I can’t use properly. Since connecting it to my 360 box I am having continous problems with the audio and video cutting about separately at random. so annoying as I’m paying virgin £180 per month and can’t enjoy my tv. Had a call from vm as I’m out of contract. Currently paying £180 pm for services. All I want is a basic tv package plus sports and uhd.(plus broadband and landline) Guy at vm said he couldn’t help me with this and kept trying to upsell a package for £188 pm.
