It required an account number and area reference, which I didn't have when I tried to register for the My Virgin Media app. The provisional installation date is today, but I have no further confirmation email or text received. Moreover, I received the promotion code for £50 bill credit after the order confirmation from VM's official blog. Could anyone help me bring the bill credit to my account? Please help. Many Thanks
