Plus I lost all my recordings. Very frustrating. This is NOT an upgrade. Never had these issues before. New TV Box & remote What is going on? No issues with TV in years until today. Got sent a new remote recently, alleged upgrade. New install didn’t work when following instructions. Called thinking maybe we should be getting a new box as well?? Told no. Ours is fine. Engineer came today. Replaced supposedly ok box as too old apparently and installed new upgrade etc. whilst I knew to expect loss of recordings I didn’t expect a really poor experience. Can access channels via apps. Ones I can access ie: 5 won’t stream. Just hangs. (Yes I’ve logged in) absolute rubbish. What’s going on. Am I missing something?
