Ive tried calling Virgin media to turn this off and am told it’s not something that can be done by the agent, and that I have to do it. however the my Virgin media portal does not match the instructions given to do it https://my.virginmedia.com/discover/welcome/your-bill/ebilling.html_1 the only option I can see is “communication preferences” which is already set to “ebills / email” yet I am still being charged for paper billing. Please can someone help me turn this off? Re: Address on account incorrect - VOLT address matching My address has a flat number and house number. The correct formatting of it is “Flat 1, 15 street name”. However VM has “15A street name” - instead of Flat 1, they’ve added “A” to the house number. Yes I have checked my bill. Address on account incorrect - VOLT address matching I have both O2 and Virgin Media. My address on O2 is correct, but my address on VM is slightly wrong, although post from VM still makes its way to me. Apparently the addresses differing even slightly stops Volt benefits from being applied. Does anyone know how I can get my address corrected on VM? Thanks
