person has advised me to check my cables and wait while they run a test on my box, not actually listening to the fact it is numerous boxes in different properties no being told there are no faults in the area so the other properties will need to call, which they already have.Multiple houses with CS2004 issue
My downstairs TV gave the error CS2004 when trying to tune into a channel, so I tried on a second box in the house and it also has the issue. As I was going through the troubleshooting my neighbour from across the street called on the mobile to say they were getting the same - however the support agent told them that everyone was fine and nobody else was having issues. How do we tell them they are wrong??
