It was just the mini which was changed because I was getting code cs2200 and couldn’t record anything on it or play recordings . That’s what I thought, they are still attached to my account somewhere and need to be cleared off. The engineers should be making sure they tell the customer to delete all held and scheduled recordings before they change the box to avoid this happening really. Looks like I’m going to have to wait for Virgin to update the system to get them off in that case Re: Cannot remove old recordings from new box All my old recordings come up on screen and I can’t delete them. Also all my scheduled recordings are there for series I was watching but they do not record because they were scheduled on the old box and I can’t delete them either or press record on the TV menu because it already has the red record icon . All so frustrating. I need to wipe the old hard drive from my account if that’s possible. I don’t know why the engineer didn’t tell me to delete them before he changed the box Re: Cs2000 error code I had exactly the same issue this week. The engineer said the hard drive was gone and I got a new box. However I can’t get rid of the recordings in the old box so if you need the same , remove them first. Cannot remove old recordings from new box My extra box (not the main one) had to be replaced Thursday . It’s working fine now but all my old recordings are showing and I can’t play them or delete them. I’ve tried a factory reset, tried to delete on the go app but it says on there the box is off line when it’s not. It’s annoying having them all showing and I can’t get rid of them. Any ideas?
