It does make me wonder that a Company that supplies e-technology cannot even provide a working system fot their own customers! I have looked to see how I can check the size of an e-mail including attachments, but it seems this is not straightforward at all. I'm sure I used to have no problem, perhaps they have reduced the size they want to allow to be sent, I hadn't realised it is like sending a parcel, priced by weight!! I will keep trying, and will let you know how it is going. Sorry to have bothered you Re: Blueyonder not sending e-mails Hi Coenoby I am afraid I got stuck at the first fence, as I couldn't find where to access the settings that looked like the ones you were referring to. However, I did manage to access Gadget rescue, who were helpful up to a point, but from the info they provided, I now realise what the problem has been. When I had scanned the documents I had hoped to attach, the default file type had changed to Bmp, rather than Jpg, which I have normally used, and was therefore producing files that are too large to send. It all seems to be working ok now!! I still can't see my bills when signed in, it just seems to go round and round and back to how can we help. There is no other information with it: "Windows Error We weren't able to send this message, so we've put it in your Drafts folder. Before you try sending it again, you can check to see if the address is correct and that no attachments are too large." I have an @outlook account as well as the @blueyonder account, and the outlook account seems to working correctly. I am sending the emails through the blueyonder account and not through VM. This is the way I have been doing so since the days of Telewest!! The mail is @blueyonder.co.uk, and the replies are from Windows. (I have old outlook as well which is working fine, but it is not my main account.) I have tried to resend, but again it was sent to drafts.
