Hub 3 Constant Red Light My hub 3 has had a constant red light for the last couple of months. I have tried rebooting and the ‘paper clip’ trick. The hub is several years old and feels warm. My internet keeps dropping out as well, particularly the connection on my TV and work laptop. The hub is placed upright in a well ventilated area - in fact, it’s not moved since it was set up originally by the engineer years ago. Someone else on my road had similar and was upgraded to a newer hub. I’ve tied to contact customer service but the web bot is dreadful and then when I try to speak to an agent, the messaging facility cuts out. Very frustrating.
