Hi - I upgraded to Volt600 and received a new Hub 5 which is installed and working however I am unable to get any signal at all to run the connect app. Could I request a Wi-Fi pod to address this please?

Is there an unsubscribe button for this?! While I appreciate the efforts, just as Iād spotted the dozen or so emails Netflix paused - I kid you not.

Just to confirm issue still present when connected via Wi-Fi.

Exact same issue here - only impacts 360 box, wired connection to router, only impacts Netflix app.
