This has been known since June Virgin are not capable of sorting it out and need to go back to the hub manufacturer to initiate a update. I have to delete about 10 no number calls each day. I am just erasing all calls daily to clear the log. I doubt changing your number would make any difference as it appears to be a problem with the hub 5 calling any connected phone as many customers are having the same issue. About time virgin got to grips with this. I have to go into my call log each day and clear all the calls which always appear at regular intervals but at least my phone is working unlike others in this area. Virgin are incapable of fixing this problem and will offer any lame excuse and won’t reply on open messages but just switch to private messaging as a cover up. I expect it’s a bug in the hub 5 hardware and it’s beyond them to make any changes to the device.
