Since the beginning of 2025, I’ve noticed that my broadband speeds have consistently fallen below the minimum recommended threshold for a 1Gbps connection. The first occurrence was on January 10th, 2025, but after a reboot, the issue resolved itself. However, the same problem resurfaced on January 16th and 17th, 2025, where speeds were limited to 100Mbps. I reached out to Virgin Media, and they promptly sent an engineer on January 18th, 2025. The engineer replaced my Super Hub 5, and everything seemed to be working fine—until now. Today, January 31st, 2025, while working from home, I noticed sluggish connectivity. A speed test confirmed that the issue had returned. I reviewed my Broadband Quality Monitor to check for any patterns or spikes in average latency, as seen in previous instances, but nothing stands out as an obvious root cause. Has anyone else experienced similar recurring speed drops?
