tried that added things i didnt want, tried to say the tv package was better , on Mix he called the new one Max then mega , sorry but cant see any extra TV channels for the extra charge. My mistake was using the only number shown on the web site ! thinking as I wanted to cancel and this was the number given. It would be the correct one. Silly me , wondered why he was taking so long normally it it is a short call he kept me hanging going a round in circles. to add to this sent a text asking what I thought for him , to answer would be a premium rate number, lucky that I have set my moblie not to text these numbers 150 just pushes the price up . sky ee and lord only kows how many others are so much cheaper . just waiting for contract to runout.999Views0likes0CommentsRe: Virgin bill
looking closer this is it contract 24/2/23 for18 months @£55 rising to £69 at the end , mix tv M125 weekend chatter New bill via My virgin media £85.29 mix TV m100 weekend chatter . Fooled by web site into calling tele number costing £6.60 so guess the normal charge will be £78.691KViews0likes5Comments
