Yes all cables are in, the only way I can watch my programmes is on my iPhone as the box is upstairs and I spend all day downstairs any ideas what I can do, I try to turn box on from app from phone but that doesn’t work and no I’m not getting any error codes25Views0likes0Comments- 62Views0likes2Comments

The only way I can watch programmes on my iPhone is if 360 box is turned on if it is turned off I can’t watch anything it just says TV box could not be reached Connecting to your Virgin TV box is only possible if your device is connected to the same home network as your Virgin TV box. how can I resolve this105Views0likes8Comments
