Today my ethernet and wi-fi totally went off.
About for no reason about ten am the whole broadband all went off in bedroom and living room.Not only that I couldn't watch any TV as a sign came up every ten seconds.Im supposed to have 556mb so all afternoon I messed about with wires got to checking plugs yet nothing.I called virgin to tell them and it will be on Monday now evening.Now I don't know wat I've picked up but I can get through on a wi-fi it's not virgin and slowish but it's better nothing.Will I get broadband any money off bill for three days.383Views0likes2Comments- 653Views0likes3Comments
I get a call on saturday from virgin broadband
I heard this is virgin media and I thought here we go.But she told me as I had 260mb with them for another five quid she would up it to 560mb.Thats cool I thought and went ahead.Then on Sunday I get text messages from O2 telling I have new account wih them.I went mad I just phoned 02 to cancel it.424Views0likes2CommentsIm not sure but I thought sky cinema now £22.00

Every time I can only get 30mb when I get 250mb so 3 month ago I was told about the hub on the telephone then waited.Im not thick but no matter what it stayed 30mb or less so I got the engineer out twice he told me no hub should be in my bedroom where cable is set up only last week he told me same thing.He gave me no fitting it no information on hub.Now I just see some info on the app connect which I've had it months.I have to go out so see later wats it all about.I should be getting 30 quid off my bill for 3 months.274Views0likes1Comment
