The final bill from VM dated 28th April, for £21.86 was paid to VM, by direct debit on the 20th May 2025. However, VM then issued another bill for £21.86 on the 13th May for payment due on 6th June, after complaining about this bill, the money was not taken but still shows as an outstanding amount on my now closed account. My worry is that sometime in future VM are going to turn up and say this second amount is still outstanding, despite the fact that it was paid. I want someone at VM to take ownership of this problem and delete the (not) outstanding bill from my account, I can then cancel the dormant direct debit mandate from my bank. Regards Final bill. Problem I’ve just moved from VM to another provider. VM sent a closing bill for payment by DD on the 20th May they’ve now sent another bill for the same amount for payment on the 6th June. SolvedCancelling an account Hi I'm in the process of moving my broadband to Zen Broadband, regetfully VM have priced themselves out of my reach. My problem is that, while I have paper letters from Virgin media confirming my changeover, there is no mention of my cancellation when I check my on-line account. According my online information, VM intends to charge me continually on this account, despite the fact that I shall have moved providers on the 24th April. Would someone at VM look at my on-line account and update it with the latest information. Regards Solved
