I had a new replacement hub sent to us last month . Since then we have tried either zoom or FaceTime calls. On zoom the connection is slow . FaceTime it keeps cutting out.im considering going back to the old modem.
Me to. Its on the status tab i am on ios with the latest updates. In another thread the virgin media guy said to contact the app developer. Fyi the developers are virgin media. for clarification please see screenshot below.
