Websafe parental controls broken again
Once again the parental controls are broken and not saving changes. Same every year at Christmas. Dangerous service exposes children to risk online and they don’t update you or send alerts so you can protect your children. They hardly ever fix this stuff quickly. It happens every Christmas as well - has happened to me again now. And they don’t tell you so your internet is unprotected without you knowing. I think the tech team update stuff at this time each year and wreck the settings on the web controls but they aren’t bothered enough to tell us or fix it quickly.209Views0likes1CommentRe: Parental control
Hi any answer to this I also have no parental control service again - has happened about 10 times in 4-5 years of virgin media never any apology or explanation for why this happens out of the blue. This happens periodically Mat. With no warning. And no helpful responses. If it was something that affected money or tv streaming it would be fixed in a few hours but so little attention is given by virgin to web safe that it takes them days to weeks to fix these issues.
