The issue was indeed caused by the power levels being too high. My hardware other than the hub hadn't been modified for well over a decade, so that's probably the root of the issue. It has since happened every day since then, in the evenings. Sometimes every hour, sometimes 2 times per evening, but always every evening. Service status shows no faults in my area any day I checked, my SuperHub 5 has no error lights, it just stays white as usual. I submitted a complaint, got what was an awfully worded and seemingly AI generated response, but it did say there were faults in the area (which I could find no info about otherwise). It said to wait 24 hours and then contact support if nothing changed. I don't see a way to do that via the open complaint ticket so I figured I'd post here and see if anyone has any ideas on what the problem could be. I'm thinking it might be an issue with the Hub itself. The issue also effects both WiFi and Ethernet connections, so that rules out a WiFi or ethernet cable fault. I have factory reset and power cycled it, but nothing changed.
