Yes, I know I'm on e-billing. Yes I know I'm not being charged for it. Yes, I know I have asked this question 2 or 3 times before. And still no matter how many times I'm told it's all done, every month Virgin Media send me a paper bill! Why is it so difficult to stop? What is the reluctance of Community support to stop it? Why would you want me to take PHOTOGRAPHS of today's offerings thro the letterbox and somehow send you photographs of them? A person called SABRINA took over the case last time , Somehow, I don't know how, and she was doing all that, I don't truly think I should be doing it. I think she was from an Indian call centre. No matter who replies and no matter that they said they have fixed it and ticked the right box ( SABRINA) I am STILL RECEIVING PAPER BILLS!. I would have thought this was impossible but no Virgin continues to surprise with its slight but annoying incompetence. Months and months later, and after a horrible type phone call from India ( customer services) I AM STILL RECEIVING PAPER BILLS> THE LATEST ARRIVED ON MY MAT TODAY!!!
