Hello! Hopefully someone can help. Seems like it's a very common problem. My box keeps crashing whilst watching Netflix, giving the error code: tvq-pb-101 (5.2.15) Restarting the box doesn't help. Any suggestions appreciated!
Yes, that was the firs thing I looked at. It basically tells you to turn it off and turn it on again. No, that didn't solve it unfortunately! And I don't have the time/effort to call Virgin about it.Dale
