It should be £26.88. Shall I raise another complaint? Re: Removing Sky Sports Add On Can someone confirm £65.63 - £38.75 is £26.88? Because it seems to be £30.38 on my latest bill (sigh) Re: Why do upgrades on app differ? App - £25/month Website - £31.75/month Why do upgrades on app differ? Same account, but if I want to add Sky sports via app it is £25/month, but on website it is £31.75/month Re: Ombudsman Evidence "do the Ombudsman require proper 'evidence' to believe my complaint??" Yes. Which is why I take screenshots and record logs of all my dealings with Virgin Media. You don’t have to wait 8 weeks, you just need VM to send a deadlock letter. Re: Removing Sky Sports Add On So I can remove add-ons. Re: Removing Sky Sports Add On Ombudsman decision Re: Complaint-can't complain web form Ask for complaint to be deadlocked and contact Communications Ombudsman. Don't forget to ask for compensation. Your complaint should be listed here https://www.virginmedia.com/myvmo2/complaints/track 3 X SuperHub 3? Extra devices? I only have one Super Hub 3. Where are the others? Re: Can we acknowledge how bad the Virgin Media website is? "Sorry we can’t find that page" is rife. It is pretty annoying that basic activities like adding and removing channels requires a call to customer services, followed by a complaint and then involving the ombudsman to get it done. It is like a time portal to the early 1990s.
