The operator would not put me through to retentions saying he could help despite me asking twice to transfer. The operator offered me a package same terms more per month then the online renewal was offering! He then did the typical I will take another look and then cut me off. At every point I need to log in it just says doesn't recognize my email or password which is 100% correct. Unable to log onto email Hi, My Virgin Media account app is working fine, and no issues reported. But I cannot log into my email via laptop or mobile phone on browsers Chrome or Edge, it just wont recognise my account details. I can access it via Samsung internet ( a browser I dont use). I also tried to reset my password thinking my account was compromised but it wont send an email to registered (non VM email) to reset. Is there ongoing issues as I've been trying to work this out with VM on Twitter X and they have not acknowledged any problems other then its my browsers. Thanks
