WE DONT and I will be ignoring all emails I receive from virgin regarding billing and will be refusing to pay until this is fixed and when I spoke to someone they said it was marked urgent! I just checked again and the reset link is still not working so looks like I will be forced to leave Virgin as I am sick with constant faults that are supposed to be urgent that never is when it comes to this sort of thing! I have stated for every day this issue has not been resolved I will be deducting £1 for every 24 hours passing like it or lump it as to me if I cannot change my password and this part of the site is at fault then my personal details can be subjected to any form of theft which is unacceptable. Tried last night this morning and again this afternoon still the same so I assume the UK has site issues and cannot contact anyone due to not being able to sign into my account as forgot my password!! India doesnt have a clue!!
