This is the thing, I have a record which says I deleted my secondary emails. But one of them is still auto-forwarding 😄. Not a big deal, but I’m tidying up all my digital stuff and this is on the to-do list.

Hi, I have a secondary @ntlworld email which I thought I had deleted but is still live. It’s set to auto forward which is how I know it is still live. Once I have passed security checks can you tell me what secondary @ntlworld emails I have still active? Thanks.

Account contact phone number incorrect
Hi, the ‘Contact phone number’ in the ‘Marketing and contact preference’ section of my online account is incorrect. It won’t accept the changes I make online and a phone call failed to get the change made. Can you please help?
