This dot EU and other spam has, once again reached epidemic proportion. whilst I realise this is a constant battle against the spammers - these are very easy spot ESPECIALLY when customers tell you! please bring a stop to these nuisance mails.
Yep - I noted that that the spam was starting again a while ago and it continues to accelerate. you can set up filters - but if previous outbreaks are to be a model - this will go on for a few months before it virgin media has its email management up...
