I solved it by signing in with a google account rather than my normal email. Every time I try to log in I have to go through the whole setup process and at the end I receive an email to say its all set up and when I go to log in it goes through the whole system again. I have tried calling in and raised tickets and I'm told it will go to the technical depart who will be in touch. No one has come back to me. I cannot see my bills or emails. It recognises I have an O2 account but it is unable to join them as well
