Re: Profile Update Conflict CS6211 well nearly lol... the error has gone but it's still not quite right... I deleted the profile, created a new one with just the initial (K) on the main box. That then appeared on the mini box. I then edited the name to the full name on the main box, but it is still showing as just K on the mini box on the Profiles screen, but everywhere else (the little pop up or when I edit, it is showing in full! :-S Re: Profile Update Conflict CS6211 that seems to have worked I think - thanks Re: Profile Update Conflict CS6211 Thanks. Trust me to break it straightaway! I did delete and create on the main box but used the same name. I'll try as you say and report back Profile Update Conflict CS6211 Hi Yesterday I moved over to V360 and so far I really like it. However I have an issue as follows.... (see screenshot also). I have created a profile on the mini box, but it is not showing on the main box (the one screenshotted) and if I try and create on this box I get this error.... do I need to create on the main box for them to be shared? Is there some other issue? I couldn't find anything similar on the forum so starting another thread. Thanks in advance SolvedRe: Loss of Email - F010762348 Posted this on another thread - but hopefully might be useful to people who are still having issues with connecting to email servers since this was "fixed! cannot connect to the Virgin mail servers - Page 2 - Virgin Media Community - 5122380 So.... I came to this topic as my daughters vm email on outlook stopped working after the recent email issues and "fix" a couple of weeks back. I got round to trying to fix today. Step 1: we reset her password on her vm account (obviously had to do it via her logon since they deprecated the ability to manage from my own account where I set them up but anyway.... ) ... Step 2: logged into her webmail with this password - it worked (so at least we could see it). Step 3: we tried this in Outlook with the new password - it wouldn't connect - surprise Step 4: I cleaned and updated the PC, and uninstalled reinstalled office. Same result (I knew it would be). You can already tell how much time this was taking. Step 5: tried as POP - still didn't work Step 6: I went back through my records and found a contact record with an old password neither of us had remembered (we think was when I gave her the laptop so a couple of years ago at least....) - I say password but I always store as X****nn or whatever, so we had to infer what the *** was - and..... it worked! So that's a couple of hours of my life I will never get back wasted because of vm. I suspect what they did to "fix" the email problems was to restore server(s) with old (years old) images - hence the old password working. And now there are 2 passwords to look at the same email... what a farce.
