We decided to do nothing and wait to see if things improved. In the end - after a few days of having to log in each time - the system remembered who we were and logged us in automatically. We were changed to a 360 box in June 2025 and managed to get it running OK in the end. Over the last week we have found that we have to login to YouTube each time we turn the box on, involving putting a fresh code number into the iPad etc. It never used to be this way: we have always just had the screen that asks us to confirm who is watching and then it would go straight into YouTube recommendations. Is there some way we can get back to logging in just the once and having it stay that way?116Views0likes4Comments
