I have tried everything including ensuring cables are connected. it seems to be the same problem with both out 360 boxes, really need this fixed please V360 error codes (Rubbish) i have sent the last 3 days trying to speak to an agent regarding my V360. we only upgraded last week (using the install instructions that came with the 2 new remotes) and have had nothing but trouble. error codes CS2214 and CS2220, cant watch any of my recordings as it says failed to play, and cant watch play back. I've never had such hassle trying to contact to book an engineer. you have just upped my monthly payments and i don't expect not to be able to watch my tv correctly I have carried out factory reset and this hasn't worked. Please please can someone help me.
