The only fault point is the VM box attached to the house, otherwise if they disable any camera direct they will get detected. My thought process is that if I put some sort of cage around the VM box then whilst they could still take off the cage, it would take more time and be more of a hassle and so may go elsewhere.1.1KViews0likes1CommentRe: Want to protect my outside junction box
Thanks for the good suggestions. If they are not bothered about disabling the cameras then at least i will get notified on my phone and get some footage on my phone. I have Blink security cameras that rely on wi-fi connection. The VM cable box is at the front of my house and could easily be opened and the wires cut and so no more security camera protection. Therefore I would like to fit a cover over the junction box and the cable attached to it and fix to the wall in an effort to make things more difficult for any burglars which may deter them. So VM are increasing the cost of my package by 25% which is way over inflation. They also tell me that every April going forward they are going to increase the cost by inflation PLUS an extra 3.9%. No doubt the same for all their customers. What do you think of this?2KViews0likes0Comments
