I am unable to access my emails For several days, I have been as the title says, unable to connect to my inbox using the web browser access. I get this - Am I alone? Re: Emails sending but not receiving any. Heck, I'm one confused person! I can get into my main VM email inbox now. What is going on? Re: Emails sending but not receiving any. I'm now getting this when I try and log in. What's happening? Re: Emails sending but not receiving any. I've now been able to log in using my laptop but I don't know what has allowed me to do this. Nothing has changed, same email address and same password, but hey, come on VM, spill the beans and tell the user community what you have done as having worked in IT support, I was always transparent and happy to tell my users what I did to resolve an issue. Maybe they didn't understand but they were happy. Re: Emails sending but not receiving any. Subsequent to my last post, I find I can log in using my mobile phone, but not my laptop. Please VM sort this out. as if you don't you will lose one of your longest existing customers. Re: Emails sending but not receiving any. I'm getting the same thing, saying I have to "Contact our team to continue" and quote a reference If I call, I end up sitting for "hours" waiting for someone to answer. It was fine before this linking to O2 but they've moved the goalposts and caused frustration and annoyance amongst many customers. WHY??? Re: Constant calls from 0800 052 8675 Hi folks. It's not made the slightest difference. I'm still getting unwanted calls from VM. I don't answer them, but no message is left, and I report them as spam. Re: Landline not working I had a similar issue when I had no landline for ages but don't use it much. It's more for folk calling me at home. I ended up having an engineer call and all he did was plug the phone into the router. I could have done that if they had told me. I currently pay for a landline but now as I technically don't have a landline as I understand things, should I be paying for a landline?? I am under the impression that I'm not using the phone as though I'm using VoIP? Is that correct? Re: Constant calls from 0800 052 8675 I like this thread, I can't say that often. I keep getting calls from the sales team even though I've told them to "do one" and not to call me. It made no difference as I keep getting the calls so finding this thread is hopefully the solution.
