Nothing has changed, same email address and same password, but hey, come on VM, spill the beans and tell the user community what you have done as having worked in IT support, I was always transparent and happy to tell my users what I did to resolve an issue. Maybe they didn't understand but they were happy. Re: Emails sending but not receiving any. Subsequent to my last post, I find I can log in using my mobile phone, but not my laptop. Please VM sort this out. as if you don't you will lose one of your longest existing customers.
