Thank you for your reply. Interestingly subtitles on i-player are smaller have no black background and sit at the base of the screen. Perhaps you should ask them how they do it? Just a suggestion.

Subtitles on new Virgin TV 360
Hi, just started with my new Virgin TV 360 remote. The subtitles are large, have a black background and sit a third of the way up the screen. Is there any way to change the position and size of the captions to reduce the impact others who do not require subtitles? Tks.
