I have just “upgraded” from V6 TiVo to 360, I have two boxes and I have recorded programmes in which they start and then after 15 minutes or so, it’s comes up with the error message of CS2200 and I am to call virgin directly. I did not have a problem...
I have received an email to upgrade my V6 boxes to 360, which I have had confirmation that this has now been completed. However, on demand now not working (error 408)… also, am I supposed to receive new remote controls (as I have 2 boxes)? Unsure wha...
