Never called back as advised he would. move now just had an email come through saying thank you for the changes made 16th August. removing some of my services? Ps5 up and download change All of a sudden the up and download speeds on the ps5 have dropped. we are currently getting around 970 and 110 to the house and when I do a broadband test yet the ps5 is only showing 30. running 5mhz
