Can you explain the issue you're having here please? The Startover functionality is common to both 360 and Stream; there wont be any programs that you can do that with on 360 that you cannot on the new box. Instead of recording just use My Watchlist in the same way, you can still fast forward through the ads on many of the shows there. The new software relase is applying the newest version of content protection, as required by Virgin Media O2's content partners. As a reuslt any TV equipment (including sound bars and amps) and cables will need to be fully 4K compliant. Offering an upgrade to our standard experience isnt going rogue but it's not actually possible for a service tech to migrate a customer from TiVo to 360 currently. The TiVo box has already lost access to other features and content, and will continue to do so for the next couple of years. Anything new will only launch on 360 and Stream. If you are happy to remain on TiVo that is fine, you were contacted because you watch iPlayer.
