Please check and if not let me know Re: Changing Package If you have Flex, you can add the sub called “Essential Entertainment” for £15 a month, on a 30 day rolling contract, that’s exactly the same channels as Mega TV Re: Your TV box needs a free update Offering an upgrade to our standard experience isnt going rogue but it's not actually possible for a service tech to migrate a customer from TiVo to 360 currently. When it is possible, I would expect every customer with a faulty old box to be offered the upgrade. Re: Your TV box needs a free update The TiVo box has already lost access to other features and content, and will continue to do so for the next couple of years. Anything new will only launch on 360 and Stream. If you are happy to remain on TiVo that is fine, you were contacted because you watch iPlayer. Just bear in mind that other features will continue to be removed as they become unsupported on this now 13 year old box. Re: Tivo upgrade to 360 If you have been contacted about an upgrade from your TiVo box to 360 it can absoltuely be done without changing anything else with your package. If you have any further questions drop me a DM about what you have been offered and I'll be happy to confirm. Re: Sky Sports EFL highlights All Sky Sports coverage of the EFL is available on Virgin TV, all you have to do is hold down the voice button and say "EFL". You'll see both the highlights shows (which you can add to your watchlist to view later) and the past and upcoming live matches. When it comes to sport; if it's on Sky, its' on Virgin. Re: TV360 - Channel Numbers in Profiles. Why are you using profiles if you don’t need to use profiles and wanted to use your remembered channel numbers? Also have you tried voice? It’s likely quicker to just say the channel name Re: Unable to set up new additional box hey Paul, can you try connecting it to the Hub via Ethernet and restarting it? I think the issue is either that or faulty or non-connected remote Re: Unhappy with 360 upgrade MickyH1234 wrote: I had to restart my V6 box because it had frozen. When I restarted it, it failed to connect to my router, so I connected it manually. When the box booted up, I was given the opportunity to upgrade my V6 to 360. All V6 customers will have the promotional tile on their box inviting them to upgrade to Virgin TV 360. It's absolutely not mandatory but is useful to make the most of a Virgin TV subscription and the content available to you. Over time, the disparity in content and functionality between V6 and 360 will grow so the incentive will increase but moving to 360 from V6 will remain voluntary.
