Engineer advised he needed to speak to his manager about it and would give me a call back to advise. Never received a call. Is there any way to see what the engineer reported when closing the job? Or request a call back from the engineer to discuss? Re: Moving home, no service Hi, Matthew So, 1 and 2 Old Course Gate are listed as serviceable, I’m [REMOVED], so just a few doors down. I have an engineer visiting on Monday to see if they can connect the new place. I called back and spoke to another agent who arranged it. I’m hoping it all works out and it’s just an issue with the property not being listed. Thanks John [Mod - personal details removed] Moving home, no service Recently called to advise I was moving home. Was advised over the phone that Virgin Media doesn’t serve my area. Did a quick search on Virgin Media website and found they serve number 2 on my street, I'm number 10. Is this a mistake and is there any way I can look into this? I’ve also spoke to someone who lives in the same vacinity and they have 1GB service from Virgin. I’d love to stay with Virgin.
