Its been 2 days now since I was told that the new hub will arrive and the start of the new contract. All I need is a date of when the gub is to arrive as you are now passed the contract start date and I'm not getting the broadband speeds that I should be getting. Have just replied to your PM. Re: Outlook won't connect to IMAP I too have had this problem with IMAP. It works OK with POP but not IMAP using the same details! Contract renewed but still showing as not renewed at VM! We renewed our contract online on 10/10/25 and have emails from VM showing the new package for a new 24months plan. The emails said that the estimated activation date is 7 - 10 working days, which is today. VM should be sending through a new hub but this hasn't arrived. The original contract runs out on 26/1/25. Having checked our account it us still saying that the contact expires soon and that the next bill will go to a lot more than that shown by the new contact. I would like to think that this is a mistake and the new hub will arrive tomorrow but, to be honest, I'm not confidant!! Has the contract been renewed or not? Don't know w at happened to my earlier reply but I tried IMAP with the recommended settings (as shown above) and it fails. As I have just noted POP works fine (again) with the same passwords as IMAP.
