I am just realising that if I ignore the x and send just send it anyway it is actually getting sent. Thank you everyone. Re: ntlworld email marking as spam I apologise but I am getting a bit lost with some of the comments, I only have the ntlworld.com address I have never felt the need to start a Gmail account. Let me try again to explain what exactly is happening. Every attempt I make to reply or even compose a new email I first add the recipient in the To: box But the moment I press REPLY or ENTER the address shows up with the x. If I click on the x it removes the address and I would need to type it again. But the moment I press REPLY or ENTER the address shows up with the x again. The only way I have got an email to send was when I followed In response to 用心棒 instructions Re: ntlworld email marking as spam - Virgin Media Community - 5506284 Re: ntlworld email marking as spam Hi, Yes it did actually work and I received the email ok, following your instruction. So what is that telling us? Re: ntlworld email marking as spam I have tried the obvious, re-booting my Mac - incidentally I can send emails (without the x) on my iPhone... Re: ntlworld email marking as spam And this is happening to every email I try to send. I have never had this before? Re: ntlworld email marking as spam But when I click on the x it does remove the whole email address then I have to re-write it but the x appears again? Re: ntlworld email marking as spam Hi Graham, So why am I getting this x when I try to reply or send an email? It won't let me send anything... Re: ntlworld email marking as spam Hi But after removing it then typing the address in again, the x just appears again? (thanks for the advice re- editing) Re: ntlworld email marking as spam When I spoke to SelectSpecs today, questioning this strange behaviour. They told me that they have been having this problem with other NTLWORLD emails and they suggested I get in touch with NTLWORLD and tell them that they are "marking" emails as SPAM?
