Been with another ISP now for 2 weeks, DD cancelled so VM must whistle for any money and still the despicable crowd refuse to communicate! Is it simply stupidity or sheer arrogance? Anyway, leaving Ofcom to decide 👍 Re: Terminated, and not a moment too soon. I did just that. Terminated, and not a moment too soon. There's much I could say but Virgin Media are simply not worth my time! Infested with idiots the levels of incompetence defy description. I'm sure the forum team will never publish my latest response to VM so I will... > Having been with Virgin Media since you took over from Telewest I have decades of experience. In that time you have deteriorated beyond words. Everyone has a breaking point and you have reached mine! I will take the incompetence & downright rudeness of your foreign agents not a moment longer. The fact that you refused, on no less than 3 occasions, to transfer my call to your disconnections team in no way prevents me terminating my contract. Such termination letter has been sent by both email and hardcopy Royal Mail, proof of receipt has been received. Virgin media is despicable & I will have nothing more to do with you! > Goodbye and good riddance Virgin Media! Re: Email down? There's nothing wrong with my TV either, even though VM say there is. If they fall down on that, then it's more than likely they can't distinguish between TV and Email faults. Phoning is pointless as their auto systems are designed to send customers round in circles until we get so frustrated we give up, aka stop bothering them 😡 Help is a dirty word at Virgin Media, and has been for years! Re: Email down? There clearly is some issue as I am getting "Authentication Failed", but only on 1 of my 5 email addresses. In my area there's a TV issue but nothing to say it's connected to email. Of course, as usual, Virgin Media are incredably slow to react! Re: Hub 5: Our first ever WiFi 6 broadband router You say "we’re emailing specific groups of customers", so what's the criteria for such selection?
